Bexar Bones is a template program written by the athletes, for the athletes.
How often do we buy a template program and get frustrated because we feel as if the person writing it has no idea what is working and what isn’t? We solved that problem by creating a feedback portal that allows Bexar Bones athletes to tell us just that. What is working? What isn’t?
Each weekend, before writing the next week our coaching staff will go through YOUR FEEDBACK to write the next week. We collect data from all members and write what we feel best fits your cumulative wants, needs, and goals. The more information you give us, the better we can give you exactly what you are looking for.
This program has the option of 3, 4 or 5 days a week. Emphasis is primarily on beginner/intermediate level variations of the Olympic lifts, general strength, with core work and accessory work at the end of each day.
The program should take about 1.5-2 hours to complete each day and if need be you can stick to the main lifts and just hit the essentials.
